   Our server seems annoyed to be serving us. The food came out cold and the cocktails all tasted off. We were seated in a back room beside a table of kids that were running around screaming (not the restaurants/servers fault) which was less than ideal. All the staff seemed really frustrated by our presence. Very weird vibes.

   Attended the Ken Forrester Wine Dinner and enjoyed a set five course dinner paired with generous pours of Ken Forrester wines that complemented each course beautifully. Bonus for me as a Celiac customer that a phone call ahead to the GM and Chef confirmed each course was safe with no substitutions, up charges or need to play the Celiac 20 questions game! A terrific evening where we discovered a new to us restaurant and a socially conscious wine producer that makes amazing, value priced wines.

   We really like going here for our date nights, however we went for our anniversary and left some requests for the kind of table we could have. The reso was made in advance and it felt like they didn’t see or really care as they brought us to a really small table - and it was quite slow anyway. They ended up accommodating but didn’t acknowledge we were there for a special reason which is why my review is the way it is.

   Probably because it was a Sunday at brunch and they were busy. But our waiter didn't really help us a whole lot. On their menu it says you can add on a Benny for 5 bucks. Was told I wasn't able to even if stated on the menu. Our food came out very cold. And our eggs were so over cooked it was rubber. The plating looks great. But definitely wasn't a super great experience.

   Our server JJ was attentive and quick. Food was “chefs kiss” delicious (I got the elk and the vanilla creme brule) we had a late 8:30 reservation for a family dinner. We loved it and would love to come back in the future.

    We made a reservation well in advance to try the very instagrammable “brunchcuterie board”. We were seated in what has to be the worst table in the restaurant, in a corner pressed up against a wall and half behind an opening door, meaning if the door opened it would hit our table and block one of us in. When we immediately asked our server to be moved, we were told it would depend if there were any reservations, as if we hadn’t made one and waited weeks to come in ourselves. We were moved to a back room separate from the main area, eliminating the experience of ampersands ambient atmosphere completely. The service was lacking, at a minimum I think to ask if we might like more coffee would have been appreciated. The food came to our table cold, cold eggs, cold bacon, hard waffles, cold toast, as if everything had just come out of the fridge. The brunch board seems like a great idea but was poorly executed, at least for us. Overall an underwhelming and disappointing experience, I would not recommend.

    Apologize in advance for the following post.. but really it was that bad. A lot of hype recently about the amazing brunch. We decided to make a reservation since weeks earlier we were turned away as walk in’s Although the service was great … unfortunately it was the worst brunch ever. Tough to comment on the atmosphere because I’m not even sure they they know what they are going for? The tables themselves- for whatever reason they thought using cheap hardwood looking planks and now they are warping , uneven and lifting. The Brunchuterie Board came out and it looked amazing but that’s as far as it went. The scrambled eggs were cold as was the skillet they were on. The potatoes were luke warm at best… as was the dish they were served in. The waffles - appeared as if they make large batches of them and then just try to reheat them as orders come in and yes .. they were cold too. The toast .. you guessed it .. cold too and already hard. We did substitute the pulled pork for smoked salmon . Guess what it was cold!! I was actually expecting it to come out opposite as it should have. Lol. The bacon - pretty sure it was made yesterday. Even if this was a one off- not heading back We did appreciate them taking it off the bill though.

    Was an amazing way to spend a date night with my wife! The staff was great when inquiring about gluten free options as my wife is celiac. Cannot beat the quality of the food, nor the price!

    I went to Ampersand27 for Valentines day, was not impressed. For a 350$ date night, i feel i got absolutely ripped off! Food was mediocre at best, honestly best entree was the starter salad. For the shocking bill I received I expected much better. Would not recommend nor will i be returning!

    I would believe the regular menu is better than valentine special. Frankly speaking, the steak was fine, the side veggies are bitter and cold, dessert is a disaster, I would guess they directly bought the desserts from Safeway, and I sat at the entrance and it felt like sitting in a food court.

    Went for Valentines dinner with my wife. $100 per head plus 18% not including drinks. Salad was small. Steak was tough. Food was not terrible, but for $100 per person I would have expected much better than that

    Valentine’s Day set menu. Food was decent, but ridiculously overpriced. Dining for two with a cocktail each came to $325 with built in gratuity (which the server deserved).

    Food was okay. We ordered the Brunchutery platter for three people. Quantity, quality and presentation of the food did not merit the high price of this meal. The restaurant ambience is very comfortable and staff were friendly. However, due to the quality of food/ price point for what you get I would not recommend.

    It's a place I would go for wine and charcuterie or appetizers. I would not return for dinner or entrees. Beautiful interior and nice staff.

    Our server was fantastic. The host was generous. However the individual that brought our entre up saw us finishing our food, cussed under his breath and walked away with our food. He could have talked to us as we were ready. Besides that food was appropriately portioned and my bison lasagna was the best meal I have ever eaten and my friends salmon was delicious. Of course we will come back for more meals.

    The presentation is amazing! I wished it would’ve been a little bit brighter inside since it was during the day. The eggs were warm, but not hot. Overall, it was still great! Our server was amazing !

    Ordered the bruncuturie, garlic potatoes didn’t taste of garlic, lemon butter didn’t taste of lemon, waffles dry had to load it with everything else, pork was so dry no sauce, it was just awful honestly, my friends dish had missing items, the service was good but slow

    Wonderful evening last night before Jubilee show! Great food and an excellent server who not overly but perfectly attentive - certainly highly recommend (which we just did actually!) going there! The linguine pescatore was excellent as was the pork roast (can’t remember the name but I can the fantastic taste!) pasta!!
