We liked our servers personality, but she was very timid about coming over to give us the Bill saying oh I'm sorry you guys were talking and we ended up leaving a lot later than we had planned

Nice menu choices Like the ambience. Food was good not over the top but it was a good stop for dinner while staying at the hotel

I had been to afternoon tea there before and recommended to my friends who hadn't. It didn't disappoint! Excellent service from the 'tea lady' - as always! Food was delicious and plentiful. The scones just melted in our mouths. We will go back!

Avocado Toast and Smash Burger and fries, never disappoint. Our waiter has been there for 31 years and is one of the best in the industry! Thank you!

We went on a Sat afternoon for high tea. Not too many people so it was a nice and quiet environment. It took a little while for our food to come, but it was under a reasonable time. We enjoyed the free drink and the tea before the food came. The high tea set came in a good varieties. Sandwiches and desserts are tasty. A very enjoyable high-tea, which I would recommend.

Service was extremely slow and inattentive. We went for afternoon high tea for Mother's Day, the place was quiet as there were only 3 other tables when we were there. We sat down and ordered our drinks, waited over 20 minutes the drinks still weren't here. Tea cups were dirty, while the manager came by and offered to replace the cup, she took the cup but never came back. We had to ask for the cup after 30 minutes. Overall a pretty bad experience with their service.

I was so impressed that my waiter remembered me from years ago. He remembered that I had a latex allergy and that made me so happy that he wanted to serve us.
