How it all began....Matt worked as a line cook in many places including Pennsylvania, New York, and Philadelphia, years ago knowing that one day he wanted to own his own restaurant. After taking many twists and turns, he ended up in Dela-where? As he would say, his wife suckered him in. (and maybe I did or maybe he suckered me in, but it was all meant to be) His passion and commitment to the farms and waterman that reside on our menu, and to fortify an edible identity for Delaware is what keeps him going everyday.
