We were seated and ignored for 15 mins. Then when someone came over we tried to order off the happy hour menu the host gave us and waiter said wasn’t available. When I got home I had an email saying all day happy hour Thursday-Sunday. Very annoying I wanted to order from it but was denied on a Saturday evening.

We have usually had really good experiences but yesterday was not the best. Made a reservation for 6:30. Upon checking in at 6:27 we were told our table would be ready closer to check in time but would need to wait 5-10 minutes. Okay - no problem - it seemed off the way the hostess presented it. We proceeded to sit down and at least 5-6 parties were called back. We didn't say anything as there were definitely people there but most of them did not have reservations. Around 6:50 we were told our table was ready. There were plenty of tables so the wait didn't make sense. I guess reservations don't mean much as we waited longer than anybody there. We sat down and our server came to the table within 5-10 minutes. Our waters arrived around 7:15/7:20ish. Around 7:45 the wrong starter was brought to the table. We let them know and saw a different server put it on a random table (with no customers). About 8 minutes later our server brings the same incorrect starter. We let her know it is still wrong and told her what we ordered and she said - oh my mistake. We continued to wait (spinach artichoke dip). Finally received the order probably around 8:10/8:15 and our meal shows up a few minutes later. The soup had never arrived so I let the server know - again she knew it was her mistake and apologized. We ended up being there for 2 hours due to the waiting and errors. Received our order after over an hour of waiting. Ended up packing up half of our food. Food was good as always. I am only writing a review as clearly they were understaffed which led to a not great experience. I noticed one table got their drinks and ended up just leaving. We didn't complain as this wouldn't have solved anything. The server already knew the errors made. I was curious if anything would come off our bill given they messed up the starter and soup but no accommodation was provided.

Nice time at Black Angus tonight. Dinner was yummy and we enjoyed our Cowboy Cookie for dessert!

Always good. The only problem is that we ordered some raw steaks at the end of the meal to take home and it took 30 minutes to bring out.

Took 15 minutes to have someone take a drink order. Another booth that was seated after us was already served. We had a reservation. The drinks were poor. No cold. I had a Lemon Drop and my husband had a Martini. I had the sirloin steak with Brussels sprouts and a Garden salad. There was 1/2 of my steak I could NOT saw through with the steak knife. The Brussels sprouts were horrible and the blue cheese dressing was watery. We ordered the fried zucchini chips and they were delicious. My husbands Prime Rib was very dry. His asparagus was awful. He took only one bite. He ordered a second Martini and it didn’t come for 15 minutes. We ordered it again from our new server. When the bill came they charged us for 4 drinks. Only had 3. Charged for the Martini that never came. The bill was corrected. Have only been here for two times and will NEVER come here again. $124.00 for crap.

I was disappointed in the quality of the top sirloin steak I ordered. It was cooked medium but it was so tuff that I could not eat it. I have been eating a Black Angus for many years, this same steak even but I have never had this issue with this type of steak before. Everything else was great, especially the service.

We both had the salmon - I haven’t found better salmon than what you serve. I also had a free entree - very appreciated. We both were very pleased. Left full but not stuffed.

A family favorite for decades! Particularly enjoyed by our older family members because of the tall booths that reduce ambient noise. Particularly enjoyed the Ribeye steak this last meal.

This place never disappoints. Whenever my husband and I want steak this is our spot. The price is very reasonable and the steak is tender and delicious. The staff is also fast and friendly.
