Located off the 15 freeway on the south east side of the Westfield North County Shopping Mall. We are off of Via Rancho Pkwy where it turns into Bear Valley Pkwy

Our Chefs are proud to serve steaks that are aged at least 21 days, fresh-cut daily, and grilled over an open flame. Our menu has a variety of specialties to choose from: our legendary steaks, seafood, fall-off-the-bone Baby Back Ribs, our famous slow-roasted Prime Rib and many more. My wife and I had our anniversary dinner there and we really enjoyed our dinner, great food and friendly service.

Black Angus has now fallen so low that we will NEVER be returning. The waiter was so busy attending to a mere TWO other tables yet still we waited, and waited and WAITED. While he was pleasant enough, he was dismissive in tone, and slow in getting our order. Worse still, my order was incorrect and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for that to be corrected. The steak was properly done, but still not as tastefully as I have come to expect over the past 20 YEARS of eating at Black Angus. Despite the second chance at getting things right, my potato still had the incorrect topping and DESPITE my request for butter, still had margarine, which I cannot stand. The complementary bread was hard and stale and our drinks were not checked up on for refills. Despite several request for straws, we had to ask three times. Sadly, the onion rings were soggy, overdone and had obviously been fried in RANCID seed oil! My initial order of rings was rejected by me, and while the second order came with an apology, it was less browned but still RANCID. Even sadder still, we realized that Black Angus had finally succumbed to the low level of service of a Denny's, while still expecting us to pay premium prices. Perhaps there is a stratum of society that accepts shoddy and slow service, rancid oils and stale bread for steak house prices, but we are not those people. We will just have to fix our steaks at home, as the last bastion of good steak houses has sunk to a level that cannot be tolerated.

After we were seated, it took the waiter about 20 minutes just to come over to take our drink order. Service was very slow. The place was half empty. He never came back to ask us if everything was OK. It wasn't a good dining experience at all.

We celebrated my sons 48th birthday yesterday and James took care of us as he always does. The adults all had ribeyes and the grandkids all ordered off the kids menu. Always a great value and good time at Black Angus

We went there to celebrate my wife’s 74th birthday. We had a very nice place for six people to sit where we can easily talk. Service was very good. Food was good. The campfire specials continue to be a very good value for the money.

Great adult experience; relaxing and romantic. Always an excellent time with outstanding food & service. We always have leftovers the next day due to the generous portions.
