I went for The Whiskey Experience which was $51.99 per person, and consisted of a starter, entree, dessert and 3 cocktails with Whiskey. I'm not a Whiskey person, but figured I'd might like it, if it was mixed in cocktails. Nope, still didn't like it. The cream cheese stuffed jalapeños, carrots and steak were my favorites. The cornbread on my plate was undercooked and still runny from undercooked batter. The steak was prepared well and the peach and blackberry cobbler had no crust in it. Was just fruit topped with ice cream. The service was great and at the end of the experience, they raffle 2 wine bottles and a $50 gift card. I didnt win any of the prizes, but was given a $15 gift certificate.

This is one of the best "chain" restaurant kitchens in Southern California. In addition, the service and hospitality are all that one can ask. Their "experience" meals (the most recent was on 22nd of October) are excellent demonstrations of how very good food (with creative recipes) can come out of a chain kitchen, not just a chef-proprietaire house. For those of us with some experience in a lot restaurants, you set a wonderfully high standard for the "experience" offering. And you also do a wonderful job of training your front of the house people. We look forward to returning soon ...

Very good!! I and my husband was truly impressed ! The food and the whiskey drinks the parenting was absolutely spot on service was excellent the place. It was a wonderful experience. They didn’t hold back on the liquor in those drinks that we experienced. We will be attending this type of event again in February. Looking forward to another exceptional experience at Black Angus.

One of our favorite places for a solid, high quality meal of food and drinks. We had our usual table and while our sual server wasn't working that evening, the service was of the best quality. Thank you!

The food was mediocre. I ordered a ribeye and it was 1/4” thick. Paper thin and overcooked. Well done

The absolute worst dining experience if had this year and I've had many bad! They gave 2 dinner rolls instead of the signature bread. Ordered a ginger ale and not sure what I ended up with so I sent it back it tasted like dishsoap and iced tea. Charge $7 extra on campfire feast for ribeyes but there was no bone and looked exactly like top sirloin. Asked for extra well done and got medium and my daughter got bleeding. Mixed up our entree's she added lobster tails and I have a seafood allergy. Lobster juice was all over my plate. We got up and walked out. Never again!

They would have gotten 3-4 stars in all categories. However, this restaurant t charges a service fee to all debit card and credit card users. There is no mention of this on the menu, and my opinion would not change much if it was.
