   Server was trying to cover a very large top…they were very demanding…consequently other diners had wonky service…management should have stepped in.

   We reserved a high top table weeks before. When we arrived, they said they could seat us now, but not at a hightop. So they seated us upstairs in a room with zero ambience. Looking at the next room by the window with several open high top tables. service was slow. Food was good. We didn’t end up eating much. We liked the beer.

   Used reservations for the first time for Carolina brewery and that was fantastic. We were seated immediately and had ordered within two or three minutes of sitting down given that we were familiar with the menu. Food was good although not hot. Generally the table that we were sitting at was just cold. I think because we got air that was shooting through from the front to the back near the hostess desk. Service was very good. We had a new server but she did a great job and was attentive to our needs.

   Always a tried and true neighborhood go to…food is usually consistent and well prepared. Like most post Covid restaurants the staff often is struggling.

    Our server was more interested in chatting with the other servers than dealing with us. Took forever to get drinks, then our main dishes showed up before the appetizer and 1 meal was not even what was ordered. Appetizer came out 10 mi utes after we had finished our burgers. Then, to top the whole experience off, we were charged twice for our meal. The food was good but I’m not sure we’ll be racing back.

    Crispy chicken street tacos were fantastic! Very flavorful. Chicken fingers and burgers were also delicious. Had a wonderful waitress. Fun place with a nice atmosphere.

    We had an enjoyable lunch. I had the veggie bowl and my husband had a bacon cheeseburger. Everything was yummy. Also the mojito was delicious!

    Service was a bit slow with the amount of employees that appeared to be on the wait staff. Food was great. I recommend the local burger.

    Six of us gathered for brunch before the Carolina/VA Tech football game. The service was very good, the ambience was appropriate but the drinks and food were sub par. The mixed drinks were served in tiny kids glasses and they tasted like water. The first plates of food came out 20 minutes bf the rest were served. The fries were ice cold and the burgers were all over cooked. It was not good. The manager did apologize and give us a nice discount to try and make up for the quality of the food. Not sure I would go back.

    Well it was my first time dining in at Carolina Brewery and I must say they are off the chain. Good food and drinks, everyone was nice and smiling I loved it. Hoping to be back very soon!

    Waiter couldn't get food OR drink order right....which is tough for a burger and tea. Still, the place is great and one waiters mistakes don't diminish how good the place is.

    Server tells is that a featured menu item is not available then 5 minimizes later we see a plate of that item going to another table. When we asked “the kitchen just didn’t feel like making anymore”.

    The service was slow (took 20 mins for us to get drinks ordered). The food was alright, fries were a little soggy, but the sandwich was great. Overall I would go again, but I would hope for better service.
