From the team behind Chicago Q and Art Smith's Blue Door Kitchen, Blue Door Farm Stand dishes out globally inspired, farm-to-table American fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reclaimed wood, a marble bar, and vintage chandeliers create a chic yet relaxed setting. We want consumers to view Blue Door Farm Stand as more than just a restaurant—we want them to become a BELIEVER in our philosophy. We believe the seasons should dictate what is on the table. We are committed to being part of our community and to having personal relationships with our purveyors. We believe in providing a warm and welcoming space for our guests to enjoy wholesome delicious food. Our customers should associate Blue Door with top quality service and products in an environment that harkens back to simpler times when seasons dictated what was on the table, when people shared a sense of community, and when the human element was present in every aspect of the brand experience.
From the kitchen to the bar, everything we serve is defined by a passion for exploring unique flavor combinations. Wood is more than a name: our wood-fired oven is at the heart of it all, enhancing a dynamic menu of small-plate, American fare, made with the peak midwest farm produce each season has to offer. Though the dishes regularly change, they are defined by a few constants: meat is butchered in-house from humanely-raised animals; vegetables are drawn from local family farms; and all pastas and sausages are freshly made.As a reminder, if you are dining in with us, everyone five and older must now show proof of vaccination—adults must also present a valid ID. Masks are mandatory for all individuals 2 years and older, and we ask that you please wear a mask anytime you are not eating or drinking at your table. We appreciate your understanding.
Patio is based upon availability. Simple, Rustic, yet Refined, anything but typical. Walk into Dolce and you're welcomed by the aromas from the open kitchen. You might notice the music, its contemporary, it's rock & roll, R&B, or soul. You'll definitely notice the wines, displayed on the wall like works of art. There are no white table cloths, no dabbing the corners of your mouth, no pomp, but lots of circumstance. And perhaps the only reason you noticed the aforementioned is because you haven't tasted our food. That's when the music fades into the background. Our house chefs are proud to be 'dismantling' the dining experience, replacing it with a sophisticated yet relaxed evening that doesn't break the bank. It's the best of both worlds, yet the food is our finest accomplishment to date. Inspired by whats great with a deep appreciation for each ingredient; grown local sustainable farms, or produced and harvested by like-minded individuals. Dolce is rarely the same place twice.
