    We had a lovely meal and the servers were great. We had a front of house manager who hovered, was not friendly, and made us feel like he was trying to get us out of our table as quickly as possible. It was inconsistent with the rest of our experience.

    Pretty good food, fries could have been a bit crispier but steak was spot on. Ambiance nice with good energy but not overwhelming noise. Our server Shaq was super great, positive energy and attentive.

    I have visited this restaurant on a few occasions in the past year or two. We have always enjoyed our experience. On this evening, Monique was our server and she was so friendly, funny and helpful. Her suggestions for appetizers (Furious Fries), main (flat-iron steak) and dessert (cheesecake) were spot-on. We had a great dinner and will return again soon!

    Very noisy eating in the patio. Service was not great. A bee flew into my half filled beer glass, asked the manager if it could be replaced and he took it back with attitude and gave me back a glass filled with the same amount of beer .... Food was not great, steak was very dry and quality of meat was not good. Was not an enjoyable experience for my family & I. Better service and food at the other Chop Steakhouse location.

    We had dinner after a trade show and completely enjoyed the experience. As first time guests we were introduced to some specialties of the house. The servers and managers were wonderfully attentive. Will definitely return and recommend without hesitation.

    They cook their Prime Rib on the well side & they have a light gravy not a Aujus So if you want Med Rare tell them u like Red.. The Filet they cooked perfect Med Rare !! They had a beet & Squash veggie with it & that was good & the Yukon Mashed potatoes We’re good !! .. So. 2 cocktails. & 1 large prime rib And A 7 oz Filet $170 Canadian + tip

    Went for lunch and ordered from the summerlicious menu. We all ordered something different and we all enjoyed our 3 course meals! Prime rib was exceptional!! The only small complaint from all of us was the dessert portions were waaay too small ( but delicious )!

    First of all, the parking spots marked for Chop customers are great. Our table was near the window and the staff, including our trainee were excellent and very attentive to our needs. The summerlucious was a good menu. My prime rib was fabulous, however what was supposed to be a vegetable was not at all tasty. Arugula is more of a salad. I would have rated the food a 5 had it not been for that. Overall, excellent meal.

    It has been 3 years since we have been to Toronto and Chop by the airport. No one beats the Steak Tip starters at Chop. They are truly special. The prime rib was as always very tender with a lot of flavor. The service by Ryan P was excellent. Great that this restaurant is very consistent.

    We came to chop to celebrate our daughters high school graduation. Service was amazing. Soon as they found out the reason for being there they took care of setting up a great presentation for dessert. Highly recommend this location of Chop. Been here a few times and looking forward to returning.

    Probably the worst steak house you could go to. Arrived at 10:30pm they were open till 1am. Was not busy food was not worth the money rather go to the keg. Service was unbelievably slow would not recommend.

    Went to Chop for grad lunch and sat outside, group of 4. The service was attentive, professional and prompt. The meals were well presented and cooked to perfection! The wine was decanted and served professionally. Thw deserts werw well portioned and the coffees excellent. I give oír waiter a 5+ star and will definitely return. I truly appreciated this meal through and through! Thank you for being part of my special day!

    I’ve been to this location on a few occasions and had a very nice meal. On this particular occasion I am not sure what happened. Our meal was more than 50 minutes delayed. The waiter stopped by once to drop of some bread and said that the meal would be delayed. He didn’t say why. About 35 mins in we asked for the kids pasta as we had a 3 yr old that was quite hungry. That took 10 mins to bring over and then about another 15-20 mins our meals came. The Cod and roasted chicken were extremely dry and the rib eye which was supposed to be medium well was medium at best. Still very pink. We spoke to the manager who took the drinks off the bills (we only had 1 wine, 1 beer, 1 ginger ale and a Shirley temple). He then proceeded to give us a coupon for our next visit but I doubt I will chance it, just find another location. It’s too bad.
