Where to start? Our server Travis was upbeat and very knowledgeable about the menu. My wife and I were there for our anniversary and the staff took that into account for our service. The charcuterie was exceptional and the whipped feta was very well done and refreshing. I had the seafood platter and everything in it just spoke of quality and freshness. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her lamb chops. You must save room for dessert. My wife had a dessert cocktail and I had the strawberry crostata which was a life changing experience. The only gripe my lovely wife had was that the complementary anniversary brownie was not on the menu. I want to thank our server Travis for the excellent service and for the military discount.

The service was great from Jessica and the food was fantastic. I had a salmon dinner that was great.

We returned to Burdicks for the first time after they reopened post-remodeling. We enjoyed our meal very much. The baked mac and cheese with crispy chicken was delicious; their ribs were also. The cookie skillet dessert was outstanding. Overall a good experience. They are back on our list as go-to places in Kalamazoo.

Always have a great experience here at NIBI. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, I have to say It's worth every $$$. From the service at the front to the waiter and the food prep and eating. Most of all, it's always nice to have a waiter that enjoys their job, if you ever do go in eat here, ask for anthony, here's the best. We Love all of NIBI staff. We can't wait to go back and dine. We live about 4 hours away. We really appreciate this place.

Our dining experience at Principle was absolutely off the hook! From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional—the ambiance, the service, and, most importantly, the food. It was hands down the best dining experience we’ve had in years. We started with the zucchini appetizer, which was outstanding. I had the market special steelhead, and every bite was a flavor explosion—perfectly cooked and beautifully prepared. My wife ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection. To top it all off, we finished with the caramel cheesecake. OMG! It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience, Principle should be at the top of your list. We can’t wait to come back!
