Inspired by the 1960s and 70s Italian restaurants of his youth, Frank Scibelli opened Little Mama’s in 2020 as a sister concept to Mama Ricotta’s, a Midtown fixture since 1992 known for its pizzas and comfort classics. A second location was opened in Rea Farms in 2024 and in Cornelius in 2026.
