Populairste bars en lounges in Southwold

We came as a party of 4 and prebooked as it was half term and I'm glad we did as it was quite busy. I am a Coeliac and they had a very good gluten free menu. The Fish Pie and the lemon meringue pudding was delicious. The ambience was cozy and the staff very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I would say as a small criticism is that my friends had the 2 course lunch deal for £17.95 and all had a main and dessert but I couldn't have that option off the gluten free menu so paid more for my main and dessert. Other than that, we had a lovely lunch and would definitely recommend eating there again, especially as the gluten free menu is so varied. Thank you.

Apart of four and everyone of us enjoyed a delicious meal served by very attentive and pleasant staff. My desert was the best I've had in ages. So many places these days don't seem to have a decent pastry chef, clearly the Lodge has one.

It was lovely again, we have tapas, cocktails and a bottle of wine.

The food is always excellent, I had the garden plate whick has lots of different elements, yummy. My friend had fruit pancakes which ain't really my thing but I tried some anyway and they were delicious. Ambience and staff fantastic. Should be able to pay with cash and tip staff with cash. Service charge should be made obvious too.
