Populairste bistro's in Forest Grove

We love this place ! A hidden gem . Service, food all excellent.

I booked a large party (12 ppl) from 3 time zones away, sight unseen. I'm not sure I could have imagined a better experience. The day prior to our reservation, I gave the restaurant a budget, a list of allergies (no nuts!) and dietary preferences (that included three "no seafood" at a seafood-heavy restaurant, yikes), and they created a chef's choice menu with perfect pacing. Biggest hits at the table were: Little gems salad, oxtail croquettes, smoked beets, hamachi crudo and the burger. The service at the table was outstanding, too. Attentive without hovering: dirty plates didn't linger on the table, and water/drinks were kept full. Our whole group will be raving about this restaurant experience to anyone who will listen, I hope we can influence more people to eat here.

There are some places that just feel special the second you walk in, and for me, that’s Noira. A women owned wine bar that somehow manages to feel both effortlessly cool and deeply welcoming at the same time. It’s the kind of place you genuinely feel good supporting. I’ve spent so many lovely nights there. Jazz nights, craft nights, intimate dinners, even hosting a big party. This last time was an important business meeting. Every single experience has felt warm, thoughtful, and memorable. There’s a kind of magic to the space that’s hard to explain unless you’ve been there yourself. And somehow, out of the tiniest little kitchen, they put out truly amazing food every time. Pair that with an incredible wine selection and the sweetest atmosphere, and it becomes one of those places you keep coming back to over and over again. Noira is such a gem, and I’m so grateful it exists.

Skirt steak was amazing. Meat is always cooked to the correct fineness here. We usually get the carbonara and that’s awesome too… as are the carrots, humus, short rib, risotto, etc. wine is always well priced — a great value and good selection
