Food is wonderful, waiter’s is great he knows what he does

Once again I was so very pleased with our experience at the Taft Cafe. My friend and I made reservations weeks ahead which I highly recommend. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The menu was filled with a lovely array of choices. I had brought my family for Father's Day and was anxious to try the Smorrebread (Scandinavian butter bread) that I had enjoyed during my precious visit. This time it had herring on it and was beautiful with toppings on a rustic bread with sour cream and edible flowers. I commented on how much I loved the pickled onions and the chef overheard my comment and sent out some more on the plate of our entree which was a mushroom/truffle quiche with smoked gouda. Delicious !!! We had our meal, enjoyed the museum and special exhibit and attended the chamber music concert. A lovely afternoon at our treasure, The Taft Museum. Thank you !

We had the best experience at Pennyflower! From the food, to the service, to the ambiance - this place has it all and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend the mango coco drink and whipped feta toast

New Front House Manager Ben very accommodating and helpful, the Chef Matt outdid himself, our server Star was also very good Our second time there, we have reserved Easter Brunch and will definitely keep going back Excited for the new restaurant to open
