Populairste bistro's in Saint Helens

The best dinner my husband and I have had in quite a while. Just delicious from first course toe a delicious chocolate mousse to end the exquisite meal. We'll be back. It's on our monthly restaurant rotation! Gilbert Henri is a very talented chef!

I booked a large party (12 ppl) from 3 time zones away, sight unseen. I'm not sure I could have imagined a better experience. The day prior to our reservation, I gave the restaurant a budget, a list of allergies (no nuts!) and dietary preferences (that included three "no seafood" at a seafood-heavy restaurant, yikes), and they created a chef's choice menu with perfect pacing. Biggest hits at the table were: Little gems salad, oxtail croquettes, smoked beets, hamachi crudo and the burger. The service at the table was outstanding, too. Attentive without hovering: dirty plates didn't linger on the table, and water/drinks were kept full. Our whole group will be raving about this restaurant experience to anyone who will listen, I hope we can influence more people to eat here.

Skirt steak was amazing. Meat is always cooked to the correct fineness here. We usually get the carbonara and that’s awesome too… as are the carrots, humus, short rib, risotto, etc. wine is always well priced — a great value and good selection
