Misha did a wonderful job on the service and prodding us the history of high tea at St Regis and Lady Astor. We truly enjoyed her warm personality and attentiveness. Great tea selection and great treats.

The atmosphere was upscale casual. Plenty of light from outside and the place is well decorated. It is a quaint feeling even though it is in a rather modern building. It felt cozy even though we had a table for 7. The food is amazing. Full of wonderful flavors and very freshly made. The over all quality was top notch for the price. They have several Mocktails that are very good. They are made with fresh ingredients and full of flavor just like their food!

Had the Miami Spice menu; was very good! The waitress was super attentive and had a great disposition. The bakery items are delicious. Looking forward to going back for other menu options.

Our server, Sue, was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, efficient, helpful and everything came out perfect! The food was delicious and the pastries were fresh and delicious as well!

Turns out that afternoon tea is no longer offered at this Fourth Seasons. We opted for the brunch experience at the hotel’s restaurant Evelyn’s, which features Mediterranean food. It was quite nice. But the impressive part of the visit was the response to our tea time disappointment. From the table staff to the tea guru to the management, they went above and beyond to make up for the oversight (in not removing tea from an option on the open table site). We enjoyed the food and the teas and the treats and have nothing but very good things to say about the people working at the hotel. Might merit a staycation in the future!
