Fantastic experience. Christian was our guide and he was energetic, very informative with a good sense of humour. We explored two different brewing methods and Christian's skill and knowledge helped us appreciate the experience. We had some food and coffee in the bar area upstairs - staff were attentive - food was delicious. Lovely atmosphere and could see across the whole reserve. We then bought some merchandise. If you love your coffee, then this is highly recommended. If you don't book then there are lengthy queues to wait for entry as the place is extremely busy. Please give a huge thanks to Christian!
