Our speakeasy bar Síbín is an intimate drinking den, hidden within Great Scotland Yard Hotel, influenced by the illicit bars that originated in Ireland around the turn of the seventeenth century, where whiskey and poitin (commonly referred to as Irish moonshine) were the drinks of choice.
