Excellent customer service and very tasty food! The Fish and Chips and Shepard's Pie transported me back to London!

Great food - come hungry! I recommend dining “family style” because there’s so many good things you’ll want to try on the menu. The prime rib, lamb chops, and lobster pasta were excellent! The short rib ragu was a sneaky favorite too. Make room for the sides, especially the duck fat fries. The Cutlery is the new family favorite when we come visit Honolulu from the mainland.

Aloha Readers, We celebrated my brother’s 42nd Daiyakudoshi Birthday at The Old Spaghetti Factory, and it was such a wonderful experience! The service was great, and our food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered the clam pasta, and my family really enjoyed their meals as well. We did have to remind our server about the birthday celebration, but aside from that, everything was perfect! We also got to sit inside the train, which made the experience even more special! I haven’t been back since they moved from Ward Warehouse, so it was really nice to return and enjoy the food, atmosphere, and memories with family. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
