NUE takes its name from a 1931 painting by Lê Phổ, the pioneer of Vietnamese modern art and great-great-uncle of our founder, Tuyet Nhi Le. Murals inspired by his dreamlike florals fill our dining rooms at Founders Row in Falls Church, minutes from Tysons.Washingtonian named us one of its 100 Very Best Restaurants in 2025 and 2026.
