Great food, friendly efficient staff and good value

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Staff were attentive and food tasted so good! Love the decor, cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

A quiet evening with excellent food is hard to beat. Seasons does it every time.

It was a great brunch experience especially with 4 toddlers at the table. The food was delicious and the service was even better!

We had an 8:00 PM reservation and arrived early, only to find out that our table wouldn’t be ready until 8:30 PM. Naturally, we were a little disappointed at first, but the way the team handled the situation completely turned things around and honestly exceeded our expectations. They went absolutely above and beyond to make things right, and the level of care and generosity they showed us was incredible. They essentially took care of our entire bill, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they value their guests and want everyone to have a great experience. Mistakes and delays can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business responds, and The Banquet handled it exceptionally well. They turned a frustrating start into a genuinely memorable experience, and we left feeling appreciated and impressed by the way we were treated. A huge thank-you to the team for making the evening so enjoyable. We will most definitely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Banquet to anyone looking for a great night out. Excellent customer service, a team that genuinely cares, and a perfect example of how to turn a situation around!
