Service is excellent and food is great, not all the dishes impressed us, but overall a great experience!, especially dessert and the crepes, very original and delicious!

Amazing experience as Devin was wonderful and helpful in picking the right wine to go with the food. The food was healthy and fresh that represented a great mix of meat, fish, vegetables and humus. Highly recommend the place for ambiance, service, food and wine.

I have wanted to try this restaurant for ages and was delighted that I finally had the chance to go. I thought the food was wonderful-I loved the seasonal menu. I had the squash bisque and the crispy mountain trout, and they were both delicious. I look forward to going back to try other things on the menu!

From the ambiance, to table setting, to the server, the menu, the flavors, and the presentation - ALL 10's!! Our server Justin was on point as was the GM - German Alvarado, who made a point to stop by and thank my wife and I. We will be back sooner than later for sure.

Maple and ash is always my go to spot for a celebration or a upscale restaurant the ambiance and staff are incredible and everything I’ve ever ordered has always been 1000 out 10 I’m so grateful to spend birthdays here and celebrate my mom special day thank you Maple I’ll see you guys soon !
