Olia is an Armenian and European restaurant and all-day dining room inside The Glenmark Hotel, on North Brand in Glendale. Mornings bring specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and khachapuri baked to order from 8 AM, alongside shakshuka, benedicts and seasonal plates through brunch. Evenings turn to handmade pasta, pizza from the oven, branzino under spicy miso butter, and an eight-ounce dry-aged ribeye with chimichurri. The bar pours Armenian wine from Karas, Champagne by the glass, and a negroni built on Ararat brandy. Finish with kadaif, shredded filo over ashta custard and pistachios.
