The Wicklow Heather Restaurant, offers a blend of traditional Irish and continental cuisine. Choose from our A La Carte Lunch and Dinner menus as well as a varied selection of daily specials. All dishes are freshly prepared using locally sourced organic produce where possible. The Wicklow Heather signature dishes include Panko Coated Fish Cake from fresh and smoked seafood, served with citrus aioli, Roast Rump of Wicklow Lamb on creamy garlic gratin potato, parsnip puree and balsamic roasted shallots or perhaps our Crunchy Chicken Parmesan served on spring onion champ mash, Clonakilty black pudding, smoked Gubbeen belly bacon stuffing with creamy wild mushroom sauce .
