We had such an amazing experience at The Problem Lounge! As huge Deebo Samuel fans, we were so excited to check this place out, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible. The manager even took the time to come over and introduce himself, which was such a nice touch! Our waitress, T, was absolutely wonderful, so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She even surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which made the experience that much more special! The food was delicious, and the drinks were even better! You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. We came in excited as Deebo fans and left even more impressed with the entire place. We will definitely be back and highly recommend checking it out!

The food, the service, the ambiance, was outstanding!! We celebrated my mom 65th and my aunt 71st birthday and the made it more than special. The food was chefs kiss!! The entire staff was a pleasure. The valet attendant, the hostess, the servers, the manager, the band, the singer, the bartender that made our mocktails just amazing. This was our first visit but not our last!! I usually don't give places 5 stars but I give credit where is due. Thank you for making our night special.

First time at the restaurant, the hostess wasn’t around and when she did appear didn’t appear to be enjoying her job much. Not a good start. The young staff member that did contact us as we were waiting in the front was very nice . Although she was not the hostess, she was very polite and friendly and seated us in the bar area. Fortunately, Jordan at the bar was outstanding and made the evening and restaurant experience much more elevated. He was knowledgeable and would be representative that any restaurant would be lucky to have. The dishes we had were very good and we would definitely like to return to try other dishes.

It was our first time dining at Sugar Jam, and we had made a reservation. We were seated promptly, and our food arrived quickly. The only delay was with our drinks, which took longer than expected to arrive. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and appreciated the efficient seating and food service.
