In 2014, they packed their bags and moved from Sydney to the state’s largest regional city to work on their new dream bar.     What an absolutely fantastic experience! My team and I had such a wonderful evening at Poly, and everyone absolutely loved it! The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was inviting, and the entire experience was truly memorable. It was the perfect setting for our team to come together, enjoy an incredible meal, and spend quality time with one another. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Thank you to the entire Poly team for such a lovely experience. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it!

    Friendly and helpful staff, very personable. Delicious negronis with a range of interesting options. Food especially the focaccia and the pastas were sooo good. Gorgeous interior and great spots outside if the weather is good.
