Wild Canary is a botanically inspired bistro nestled in the lush surrounds of Brookfield Gardens in Brisbane’s leafy western suburbs. Our menu is a celebration of community, seasonality, and vibrant regional flavours. We are proud to work closely with local farmers, growers, and artisans—sourcing fresh ingredients from our own kitchen garden and from passionate producers across the Scenic Rim, Lockyer Valley, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay, and Northern Rivers.
