Halcyon is a fine seafood brasserie, specializing in the freshest local catches, boasting a full service raw bar, upstairs lounge, and tranquil atmosphere. At this time we are offering indoor dining and take-out Tuesday-Sunday. In order to ensure proper sanitation between reservations, we have a strict time limit per table. Thank you for your understanding as we adapt to these challenging times.
Madame is the latest venture from PB&J Hospitality Group - the team behind Cellar 335, the Saddle River Inn, and the Saddle River Café. Located within the historic White Eagle Hall, our menu features expertly crafted cocktails, a curated wine list & creative interpretations of classic French dishes, such as our signature Bread Service: house-made focaccia with melted cheese & caramelized onions, basted in a rich French Onion Broth. We invite you to indulge in our savory hors d'oeuvres, enjoy a handcrafted cocktail & enjoy the live band on jazz nights. Join us at the bar for happy hour Wednesday-Friday 5-7PM & ALL DAY on Sundays. Follow us on socials & don’t miss out on our upcoming music & events schedule! Whether you’re looking to relax after work, gathering with friends, enjoying a date night, or toasting to the day, Madame offers a sophisticated & inviting ambiance, making every evening feel effortlessly chic. We look forward to welcoming you to our home in Jersey City!
