Friedman's at Battery Park has some of the best gluten free food in NYC. As someone with Celiac, sometimes things with a gluten free label can be hard to trust, but the care that's shown at Friedman's is so comforting. This location in particular has a great mix of American and Asian dishes, some of the most amazing gluten free fried chicken I've ever had, and awesome desserts (we tried all three!).

Wonderful staff, host, bartender. Accommodating for a birthday gathering, and watching films on the projector screen. The food is not only delicious but beautifully presented. Their housemade hot sauces are really good too.

A huge shoutout to our waitress, Jackie, who truly made our experience exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. Her service was top-notch and made us feel so well taken care of. To top it all off, we were able to enjoy the World Cup match while having dinner, which made the entire night even more memorable. Great food, amazing service, and an exciting atmosphere—it was the perfect combination.
