We sat outside in the garden, and it was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is romantic, intimate, and elegant, yet refreshingly unpretentious. The food is beautifully prepared, creative, and absolutely top-notch. Being BYOB only adds to the charm, allowing you to enjoy an exceptional dining experience without the formality often associated with fine dining. The restaurant is currently building a bar and will soon have a liquor license. My only hope is that they don’t lose the warmth and understated elegance that make Matisse so special. I highly recommend Matisse 167. It’s a true gem and a fine dining experience in northern New Jersey.

Came to Kuba for Father’s Day dinner with a party of 10. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their dish. We ordered three ropa vieja dishes, two lobster passion rice dishes, two Mongolian beef bowls, salmon, avocado salad, and several appetizers. Everything was delicious. For dessert, the guava pudding was amazing. The ambiance was great and the service team made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Had a fantastic experience at MamaSushi. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a really unique fusion of Latin and Japanese flavors that stood out from typical sushi spots. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the service was attentive throughout the night. Everything we ordered was excellent, and you can tell they put real effort into both the quality of the food and the overall experience. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.
