Named after the original designation of Uvalde, Texas—Matt's hometown—we bring elevated comfort foodto life through seasonal, farm-fresh ingredients. Since opening in October 2020, we've cultivated a "Cheers-like" atmosphere where regulars become family. Our culinary approach starts with quality local ingredients supported by fresh elements from local farmers. Chef Matt, a CIA graduate, creates dishes that honor simplicity and thoughtful execution.
