Griechische Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre im Frankfurter OstendIm Februar 2000 eröffnete Jannis, mit seiner finnischen Frau Terttu, das griechische Restaurant „Cafe Jannis“ in der Hanauer Landstraße 6. Als unprätentiöse Arbeiter- und Fußball-Kneipe mit rustikalem Flair und einfachem Speisen-Angebot, erlangte das Café Jannis schnell Kultstatus. 2016 war es dann Zeit für einen Tapetenwechsel – Modernisierungsmaßnahmen und die Umbenennung in Jannis fanden statt. Seitdem speist man im Jannis, in gemütlichem und modernem Ambiente, authentisch griechisch. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Restaurant der Region. Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Preise sind fair und das Personal sehr kompetent sowie ausgesprochen freundlich. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher.
