Met dwur in huis ja het voorgerecht NIRVANA is een geweldige ervaring. Het wordt op tafel als een torentje geserveerd. Daarna op tafel gemixt en dan zelf op je bord doen. De smaak en het mond gevoel zijn heel bijzonder en lekker. Door de verschillende ingredienten is iedere hap weer net iets anders. De rest is prina en de wijnkaart uitstekend.

Delhi Dhaba was established in July of 1991 by a local Arlingtonian family that emigrated from New Delhi to the United States in the 70’s. Their vision was to bring the colors, flavors, and riches of a traditional Indian Dhaba to the locals in the metropolitan area. Traditionally, a Dhaba is a roadside restaurant or cafe found on highways and on the outskirts of cities, towns, and villages. Dhabas were initially started by enterprising Punjabi’s to cater to the needs of truckers, for wholesome, clean, and hot authentic Punjabi food at any hour of the day or night. Over the years Delhi Dhaba has become one the most well known and respected Indian restaurants in Arlington. The family continues to push the envelope of new ideas everyday while staying true to their culture and values.

    amazing food. though I would recommend to skip the pork cheek vindaloo which was the final course. and go for something else if available. and the dessert could have been more creative. but I'm nitpicking here .. overall it was fantastic

    Great restaurant. An instant favorite. Lovely service and staff. Food was excellent. The Kashmiri sauce was fantastic. Maybe reconsider their use of handheld radios for the staff to communicate, or add earpieces, because the harsh squawks are a bit jarring in such a lovely environment, but other than that, 5-stars!

    Friends dinner. Service was very good. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was very good. Shared samosas, chicken korma and saag paneer. All quite tasty.

    Two of the diners in our party had allergies and the chef and waiter coordinated to make sure they were safe from any of things that could make them sick.

    I found this place while Googling restaurants in north Arlington and the food looked great. The food was in fact AMAZING!! Truly recommend stopping by this gem of a restaurant.
