Amazing food staff service and view! Amazing for coeliacs

Everything was chic and magnificent. The food and the service were just perfect. Sukanya is the best person to help you have a great dinner at Gainsborough Hotel Brasserie.

The food was exceptional, really inventive with thoughtful touches and flavours to elevate the experience, I love the fusion twist. I had surf and turf - it came with impressive, meaty giant prawns and a really lovely melt in your mouth steak - fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I ordered a glass of champagne to accompany it. Sometimes in a restaurant, you find you’re given the end of a bottle, warm, flat, and it can be really disappointing- the complete opposite here, it was perfect - really chilled, bubbly and totally fresh - it was such a lovely experience. Everything was top notch effort and generous. We had brilliant service from Warren, who made us really welcome. I’d been looking forward to trying this menu and it didn’t disappoint, can’t wait to visit again.

We haven’t been to a Giraffe restaurant for a long time . We visited the restaurant as it was my daughter’s choice , it was her graduation day . Staff were very friendly and helpful. The menu was full of choices and prices were good. A great venue for a celebration. Definitely coming back for the kebab hanger next time!

Very fetching ambience and good music. However we had booked a table but there was no reception no we had to hint around for someone to show us to our reserved table. Food and service was spot on except the nachos in the sharing platter were a bit basic. Overall very good and will recommend.
