Van onze 5 dagen in Dublin was dit veruit het beste wat we gegeten hebben. De tapas gerechten vooraf waren lekker, maar met name de grotere vleesgerechten waren geweldig. De langzaam gegaarde runderwang de hertenlende waren perfect; de bereiding/garing was spot on, maar ook de overige smaken combineerden heel goed. Verrassend goed zelfs met de pure chocolade bij het hert. Kaasplank na was ook lekker en de bediening heel vriendelijk en nemen echt de tijd voor je. Zeker een aanrader.

seven years ago I moved back to ireland with a question, not a business plan, not a concept or strategy just a simple question I kept asking myself during my years of travelling and cooking around the world.what if i built an irish restaurant?at the time I didn’t know where that question would lead me. i definitely didn’t think it would take me through four homes, countless menus, thousands of services and some of the most extraordinary people I have had the privilege of working alongside.every chapter of allta has defined me, every challenge has made me stronger and every single moment cooking alongside my team has shaped me into a better chef. but now after seven years it's time to ask myself a new question.we will be finishing allta on the 31st December.our final menu will be a celebration of 7 years. bookings are now open from the 1st of July to the 30th of december and I’d would love to cook for you all one last time as head chef of allta.
