Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. All guest must consume raw fish. Chef's do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions if informed in advance.     Six stars. We come back often for a special night, and are never disappointed. The team is amazing - they make it a true experience. The food is unlike anything we've ever had. We love sushi and sashimi, but the incredibly innovative, globally influenced, and delicately presented (with personality from the chefs!) selections make this special and fun. We always meet nice people in the intimate sushi bar setting.
