Classic Spanish fare executed perfectly with generous portions of garlic at reasonable pricing and service with a smile. I love the "arroces," rice dishes that are moist and al dente , savory and filling easily shared by two or three people. "Arroz con secreto," or "rice with secrets," is porcini mushrooms and artichokes on top and the "secret" is slabs of Spanish ham underneath, all for $28. La Nacional is one of the best values in New York City. If you live in Manhattan, you should be going monthly.

The staff were super helpful, friendly, and fun. Foods and drinks are just delicious and pretty. The overall enegergy is so fun and energetic.

The margaritas and food were delicious, and the service was attentive. We had shrimp and chicken tacos as well as guacamole. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Joe, the bartender, provided excellent service. I truly enjoyed my visit. While the ratio of caviar to chips was unusual, the East Coast oysters were wonderful, the non-alcoholic pink drink was exceptional, and the pastry dessert was the perfect conclusion to the meal. I look forward to returning. It was such a delightful experience.
