Wolfgang’s Steakhouse fue fundado el 26 de febrero de 2004 por el Sr. Wolfgang Zwiener y su hijo Peter Zwiener. La marca saltó a la fama gracias a los 40 años de experiencia del Sr. Zwiener como jefe de camareros del legendario Peter Luger Steak House de Brooklyn. El restaurante es famoso por sus salas de maduración en seco (que maduran la carne durante 28 a 32 días) y platos exclusivos como el Porterhouse para dos, tocino canadiense y papas fritas alemanas.
