We were seated immediately! The server Jestdon was wonderful! He was very attentive and always had a smile on his face! The appetizer and food came out fresh and hot. Jestdon made the experience exceptional!

Since we were dining on a Saturday evening, I expected the restaurant to be busy. We had called ahead to be put on the list and were seated after 25 minutes. That is when the delays really began. We waited for our waitress to appear, we then waited for water and biscuits, the wait for our cocktails was over 30 minutes. We were at the table for over an hour before we received our food. We thought it was because of how busy they were but then noticed that tables with a different server received their food much more quickly. Our waitress kept apologizing but then kept disappearing. The lobster fest food was delicious when we finally received it but we were full from the four baskets of biscuits that were delivered while we waited so we took most of it home.
