India is a land of spices, where every region tells a story through its food — from the rich, slow-cooked curries of the north to the fiery, coconut-infused dishes of the south. Sri Lanka, the island of spice and warmth, offers its own culinary treasures shaped by the sea, cinnamon, and tropical abundance — dishes that are bold, colourful, and deeply rooted in tradition. At Turmeric Twist, we celebrate this shared heritage of flavours and culture. Guided by our chefs, who bring decades of experience from kitchens across South Asia and beyond. Our menu combines authentic recipes with a touch of modern creativity. Each dish is prepared with care, using fresh ingredients and age-old techniques to capture the soul of Indian and Sri Lankan cuisine. At Turmeric Twist, food is more than just a meal — it is a story of tradition, family, and the joy of sharing. We invite you to savour these flavours, discover new favourites, and experience the true spirit of Turmeric Twist.
