Tower Hill, our most spacious smokehouse, has an amazing view of Tower Bridge from the bar. Within walking distance from Monument and Bank, the restaurant is spread across two floors with a large bar area upstairs where you can enjoy our carefully crafted selection of beers, bourbons & cocktails, all of which pair perfectly with our signature smoked Kansas City flavours.You may have seen it in the dispatches, but we’ve joined forces with chef, butcher and meat expert Richard H. Turner to deliver our menu – Richard is regarded as the ‘King of London’s Carnivores’. We’ve been focused on going back to our original philosophy of ‘Barbecue, Bourbon & Beer’ and as always, we’re still smoking our own meats but we’re really embracing the art of ‘low & slow’ to transform our signature cuts – think, Brisket, Jacob’s Ladder and Baby Back Ribs to name a few.
