Inspired by the finest ingredients of the Northeast Kingdon, each menu celebrates the season through modern technique, local farms, and thoughtful storytelling.The supper club is offered Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, with seating at 6:00 PM by reservation only. The experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is $85 per guest (beverages, tax, and gratuity not included).While we are happy to accommodate some dietary restrictions with at least 48 hours' notice, modifications are very limited due to the nature of the tasting menu. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate vegan diets, or guests who cannot consume butter.A credit card is required to hold your reservation, and cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a fee.
