    The food was delicious and the price reasonable. We had the chicken and salmon. The finger potatoes were buttery soft and the cheesecake was velvety smooth. I loved that it was quiet as we watched the shadow of the west mountain slowly climb the east mountain as we dined. The historic Sliver Bay Campus is gorgeous, so a stroll after dinner is a treat.

    We have dined at Preston’s many times since It’s right in the hotel where we stay. The food and service are always solid. But this past weekend the restaurant knocked it out of the park with a wine pairing menu which was fantastic. Appetizers were swordfish and tuna. Both great! For the main venison was amazing as well as the duck breast Hopefully they will keep the above items as part of their regular menu
