The name JAC's comes from Jennifer And Chris - the heart behind it all. With over 15 years in the meat industry, they've spent their careers perfecting their craft. From owning and operating their own butcher shop to proudly running JAC's Steakhouse in Tomah, they've built their reputation on knowing exactly what quality looks like and delivering it to every guest. That is why at JAC's Signature Steakhouse, only the highest grades of meat make it to your plate with exceptional flavor in every bite. In Tomah, JAC's Steakhouse won numerous awards: Best steakhouse, best dining experience, best seafood, and best cocktails. JAC's Signature Steakhouse opened in La Crosse in late April of 2026 and has seen great support from the community.
