Chef and Owner Kim Chaimongkolchai started his culinary journey in his home country of Thailand. Later attending The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City, he has over a decade of experience in both Western and Thai cuisines. A new Thai & Vietnamese restaurant from Quality Branded, the team behind Bad Roman, Quality Meats, Don Angie, and other NYC favorites.     This is an UWS fave! The food is always a hit, especially the ragu ramen and the tacos which are phenomenal. You can tell the staff enjoy their work and they have a strong team which leads to excellent service. I also enjoy the great vibe inside the restaurant.

    Such a wonderful dining experience at Twin Tails! From the incredible food to the attentive hospitality, everything was exceptional. You can really tell how much care and attention goes into creating such a memorable experience. huge thank you to our server, who was incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through the menu, and helped us make some fantastic food choices. Between the delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and genuinely welcoming team, Twin Tails is absolutely worth visiting. Quality Branded has created something special here, and I can't wait to return!
