OBA BajaMed & Wine Shop is the vision of Chef Miguel Ángel Guerrero, a pioneer of BajaMed cuisine. More than a restaurant, it's a tribute to the best of Baja. A space dedicated to the region's gastronomy, wine, and art. The signature dish, "El Legado," tells the story of the land: premium lamb from Rancho Olivares, white bean puree, roasted kale in plum sauce, and a hint of chistorra sand. Chef Guerrero didn't find it by chance; he created it. He grew up fishing, hunting, and farming in Baja California.
