Cellar Driven, Community Table - Zin American Bistro has been downtown Palm Springs’ wine destination since 2004. With 550 bottles and 21 consecutive Wine Spectator Awards (including 7 Best of Award of Excellence), Zin prices every bottle to be enjoyed, not just admired. Whether your budget is $50 or $200, the staff guides you—no snobbery, just genuine recommendations. Craft cocktails make the bar a must visit before dinner or late night. The kitchen blends French technique with American ingredients: organic chicken, grass-fed beef, and sustainably farmed fish. Fried Blue Cheese Olives are a staple, and the duck breast is a regulars’ favorite. Brunch, happy hour, and dinner all shine, especially on the heated and cooled outside patio during VillageFest. Wine Director Jason Leaf makes exploring the cellar easy and fun, and monthly wine dinners pair comfort food with special bottles. Open daily, holidays included. Reservations recommended for dinner.
Canopy is a driving source for community, cuisine and of course wine, no matter where your palate takes you. To curate this lounge, a partnership formed between longtime Palm Springs local Noah Mamet and the owner of our 15 unique winery properties around the globe. Our decor is a modern take on the popular design of the 1950's, using clean lines, pops of color, and various textured fabrics and fixtures. To accent our bar, we have a custom-built clay amphora where our in-house winemaker will be fermenting and aging a Californian rosé. Glowing fireplace features highlight our meticulously curated selection of desert plants. Our food bites are meant to be paired with quality-driven wines and lively conversation between friends.
A speakeasy rosé/champagne bar located behind the pink doors at Fleur Noire Hotel, an oasis of giant flower murals, comfy loungers, fire pits and French music! Grab takeout from our adjacent neighbor, The Heyday and enjoy poolside or fireside! Bienvenue!
Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Oleg Olexin reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the resort being Adults Only 21+, no one under 21 is allowed at the restaurant.
