Located in the heart of Koreatown, Lapaba (a clever portmanteau of “La Pasta Bar”) is an ambitious culinary concept that brings together Italian pasta traditions and the bold, fermented flavors of Korean cuisine.Neither a traditional Italian restaurant nor a classic Korean eatery, Lapaba defines itself as an “Italian/Korean Pasta Bar,” exploring the harmony between two heritage-rich cultures. The restaurant features an open-kitchen format and a dedicated pasta room, where dishes are crafted to feel both familiar and entirely unexpected.
Bar Besito is a Spanish-Californian tapas & wine bar in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Our tapas menu references Spanish cuisine, while being rooted in seasonal Californian produce and exceptional West Coast products. Our all-Spanish beverage program celebrates Spanish wine, vermouth, sherry and cider. We are a group of restaurant industry veterans doing this for the love of food, wine, community, and hospitality - restaurateur Heather Sperling, beverage director Pierluc Dallaire & chef Keith Phillips. Reservations are available in our cozy dining room, at the bar, and on our covered, heated front patio. Our sidewalk patio is always open for walk-ins.
