Located at the Entertainment District Toronto, a hidden culinary experience awaits. KARASU Yakitori invites guests into an intimate world where Japanese tradition, fire, and creativity come together with a contemporary yakitori omakase experience shaped by different backgrounds, cultures, and culinary perspectives.Rooted in Japanese culinary traditions, our omakase introduces subtle Latin American influences through carefully selected seasonings, vibrant accents, and unexpected flavour combinations. We celebrates the simplicity of fire, premium ingredients, and the delicate balance of flavours. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the natural character of its ingredients. We carefully source high-quality chicken for its flavour, texture, and freshness, then break down and prepare each bird in-house every day. Every cut is thoughtfully prepared before being grilled over Binchotan charcoal, one skewer at a time. Our intimate counter offers a unique dining experience.
