A stunning venue in a stunning location, London’s CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant presents the European debut of world renowned chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck. Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel 45 Park Lane, CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant mirrors almost exactly its award winning Beverly Hills counterpart, offering the same mouth watering steak and seafood menu, a similarly well crafted wine list and the same atmosphere of moneyed glamour and laid back sophistication. Surrounded by wood panelling and curtaining, lit by low level lamps and high chandeliers and with curved leather banquettes creating an intimate feel, the dining room is as ideally suited to business as to romance and special occasions. From possibly London’s best steaks to salads, lobster, whole roasted fresh fish, and so much more, Puck has created a menu to steal the heart of every one of CUT at 45 Park Lane’s visitors.

We booked this restaurant for birthday celebration and made such remark when making the reservation. Disappointedly no birthday gesture was given during our dinner, not even chocolate birthday blessing on the plate when we had our soufflé as dessert.. food was just so-so after all, nothing particularly outstanding. But the server was kind.

What a Joke? Not worth the price at all ! The sirloin steak was chewy, for £115 you shouldn’t be doing a-lot of chewing at all. For that price I expect most tender, mouth melting meat, Cut 45 is pub quality for quadruple the price.

Disappointing service, waiting staff was nowhere to be seen many times, i had to get up and walked to get a staff, staff took our plates after the main meal and then disappeared and we had to chase them fro a dessert menu. Disappointing that order a ribeye steak and it is literally just a slab of meat on a white plate, no sauce, no little things come with it, this is the first time i have been to a restaurant ordering steak and i am literally given just a slab of meat, extremely poor presentation. the sauce is £3, total rip off. You called yourself CUT, ridiculous. I am just appalled by the entire poor attention from the waiting staff.

From the min we arrived the service was fantastic. Staff very friendly and very polite. Food was excellent. Steak cooked to perfection! Would highly recommend.
